Hey ya, just wanted to show some progress that ive been trackin. Its been about a yr and a half and lost alil less than 70lbs. cant wait to see what the next six months bring. can anyone let me know where I stand wit BF% later

Bro looking great! Keep hitting the weights hard. I think lose maybe another ten or 15 adn you should be ready for a clean bulk. Anyhow, I think you sit around 18-20% bodyfat atm.

I'd say before you were like 40% bf and now maybe 15%
Just keep hitting the weights hard and nail the diet and you will be there in no time.
