Considering it is summertime... should I cut until I see good ab definition or start bulking??

No offense to OP but sooo many posters think that going on a diet is a cut. You should still be hitting the gym hard and lifting a lot only taking in less calories. You should have more muscle mass if that were the case. Just sayin. EXCELLET DIET!! Hard to lose weight like that so that shows some will power.

Don't make the same mistake I did and cut for too long. You'll wind up looking pretty frail and weak... which, I'm going to guess, is not the look you're going for.
