Well I am 19 right now and went into college last year relatively healthy. Unfortunately I ate too much Taco Bell and crap food and gained around 20 pounds of fat. At 190 pounds, 6ft 1in, and a hairy chest, I felt like crap and looked like crap! Ever since the start of summer,I have cut out all fast foods and sodas and replaced that with water and meats, vegs,carbs and good fats. My diet has been great so far. I put in about 3000 to 4000 calories a day depending and get around 190 to 200 g of protien a day. As far as my work out is concerned I do a 4 day split starting on monday and more cardio based work outs on Friday and Saturday leaving Sunday for rest. I also do P90x at nights and coordinate that with my gym workouts. So far I am quite happy with my results and will continue to push harder as the months go on! Just a note in the before pics, I had a medicated cream on my body because I obtained a common body fungus haha but I guess it just adds to the over all change from before to after! Thanks guys! I can def. see changes in my back and overall size. I was curious though, my friend is pretty much coaching me through this workout process and he was telling me about bulking for 3 months then cutting for 3 months then back to 3 months bulking again then cutting for the last 3 months. Would you guys recommend that I bulk for 6 months since I am pretty much starting from nothing or continue on the way I am going. I am completely new to this so all help would be appreciated. Any other tips as well?

Don't bother with that bulk/cut cycle that sounds retarded man no offense to your friend.
I would recommend just doing a consistent lean bulk. Eat clean and healthy a few hundred calories above maintenance to maximize muscle gains while avoiding fat gains. Throw in some cardio or tweak your calories a bit if you feel you are gaining fat.
