It can if the dosage is high enough for even healthy kidneys to filter out excess potassium ions into the urine quickly enough. I don't know if 12-20/day grams of potassium is enough to cause intoxication, but its extremely high. The level of K in the blood is maintained at 3.5-5.0 mEq/L, with 5L of blood on average.

To much of anything can make you fat, everything needs to be eaten in propotion.
I know some one that fed there kid lots of fruit as they said it was good for them, and wow that kid started to get fat no joke, I told the lady
"would you give them lots more vitamins if there good for you?
she said no it could make them ill,
I said would you give them lots lots more water because its good for you?
she said no as to much water can kill you"
She now doesn't feed here kid as much fruit and the kid is looking allot better

It's ridiculous to eat only fruit because it contains primarily fructose, the non-essential macronutrient which serves no purpose except conversion to blood sugar for energy.
Meat on the other hand contains BOTH essential macronutrients: protein (essential amino acids) & fat (essential fatty acids), which are required for synthesis of cells, hormones, neurotransmitters, etc. etc. While unconventional in modern society, you can absolutely sustain yourself on meat alone. The Eskimos still do.

If that's indeed true, what makes you think it's due to their diet? Meat contains everything necessary for healthy life. Carbs are non essential. Eskimos have never heard of diabetes or cardiovascular disease.

because the fruit gives of gases with nothing laying on top to prevent them escaping/bloating ?
I've been trying to google info about whether the order of food you eat matters....like fat slows down digestion so does fat need to be eaten before protein...or at the same time (eg scrambled egg). trying to find info on how food sits in the stomach in layers (or does it seperate?), or whether it just goes into a big mixed up bowl.
