We all know Xtend is a great product, and it tastes great too. I've only tried the watermelon and grape. While I hear these being the two most popular flavors, it seems that watermelon is the most favored. I like grape the best tho.
Anyway, my qualm is that while Xtend tastes great, it's too sweet. I find myself having to put nearly twice as much water than recommended for the taste to be just right. When you're drinking some 16-32 (water recommended for 1-2 servings) ounces of something over an extended period of time while exercising, you want it to be smooth and refreshing, not intense and sweet.
I put up a pole for this to see who agrees with me.

EVERYONES taste buds are different, and everyone can handle different amounts of sweetness. Simply add more water and use less scoops, if you use 4 scoops usually during your workout, use 2 during that workout with the same water, and take 2 post-workout with that amount to reduce sweetness. Just find what works best for your body.

I recommend you try Green Apple Xtend. Easily the most underrated flavor. It's not as sweet as the others, and it tastes SURPRISINGLY good.

Best imo ibcaas this stuff mixes as you poor it into your water bottle. So poor in the ibcaas first then do the scoop of xtend after.

I have no idea. People must really diffrent taste buds. on the extend sachet is says mix it with 8oz. we mix it with 32oz and dilute it as it goes during the workout. Apple and Blue Ras, both unbelievably sweet. For me it's s surprise to see this threat. I thought it's a type. I have 90 serving of apple and didn't manage to go for 10th of it. I chucked the scoop ages ago. I add it on the tip of tea spoon and struggle with it.
I have no idea what so ever. Something is wrong here.
I should say watermelon and also Lemon taste weren't' too bad.

Sorry to hear about your experience with Xtend, this thread is from 2010 when the old version of Xtend (all black tubs) were available. Taste is subjective some find 12-16oz per scoop ideal, others might have to use more to adjust to their liking.
