I am not going to lie... I bought some bowflex selecttech 1090s to flip.... LOL... lets hope all goes as planned.... right now I got too much stuff Im flipping in the garage... have to move it all out of the way to get my workout in.... great warm up....LOL...

I think a lot of people in my area are doing the same, I've seen a lot of those 1090s go up in the last week.

I checked before getting them to flip...and there were only 3x552s in my area... all asking 400 plus.... so I jumped... figuring someone will want a pair of 90lb adjustable dumbbells... I got a FID bench with attachments I am combining them with.... throwing in a set of p90x and insanity... hoping that will increase the value and selling point of the complete set... so far everyone just wants the DBs though....

I had this set, bought it at Sears, the bar is def the sh!tiest bar you can buy. Mine was ~39 lbs, 27mm I think, and it was permanenlty deformed (bent) and I never used more than 225 lbs back in high school. The plates are nice since they're coated with rubber but I'd wait and find a better deal.

When I checked it, there were no bids and the starting bid is $0.01. It has a reserve though.

The dumbbells come with a bench too, but it's not an Ironmaster bench.

I am selling my hack squat machine. I am the second owner. We have had it for about 3 years. The machine is a TDS and is set up for Standard weights. However my Son and I used the machine with Olympic style weights and never had any problems. My son loved the machine but I finally broke down and bought a Full Squat Rack. I need to make room in the garage. The machine is in good working order. There is a small tear in the lower right corner of the back pad(see picture) Does NOT effect the use of the machine. This unit still has plenty of life left. I work third shift and have some irregular sleeping hours.

I've been off CL for a while but recently started up again. My deal yesterday: 15-50 lb dumbbells (ergo grip) in 5 lb increments + three tier Hoist rack + Hoist FID bench...... all for $250. Now I have two benches and need to get rid of one.

Does anyone in the Washington DC area need a quality Body Solid bench?
