I've maxed out at the gym today, pushed myself beyond my limits... Took protein, NO, creatine....
Anywho my whole upper body is shaking, which I know is a sign I pushed myself, but I can feel myself already starting to tense up which means tomorrow and probably the next day I won't be able to move... at all...
What can I do, lol I gotta work tomorrow
