I know that n.o. products got Arginine in them. I was wondering if I could just buy L-Arginine and get the same results, and its really cheap. Thank you

I think it depends on how you react to the supplement. For me I take L arginine, because for the price the NO products, which can be very expensive, don't do any better for me. I seem to respond well enough to just straight l arginine. I take about 2-3 grams before I lift and maybe 1-2 grams sometime after.

GNC also has a new NO product called Nitric Oxide MAximizer that is 30 bucks so I was maybe thinking of getting it. Though it could just be regular old L-Arginine in a different bottle.

30 bux still isnt cheap, you can find n.o. online cheaper than that for a decent name brand...

Your body doesn't absorb L-Arginine very efficently AT ALL. That is why Arginine keto gluterate and arginine ethyl ether were created. Buy some bulk AEE or AKG and some bulk Orthanine Ethyl Ether from an online bulk supplement store. Save yourself some money.
