Man, you crushed the EZ curls via the sheer will of VOLUME.

Glad to read you are seeing a physio / doc Flex. Of course their big issue is getting their patient to be compliant!

Thanks everyone.
Lisa made my Pre-Workout drink while I was at the dealership getting some stuff done on the SRT; I think she put an extra scoop of jack3d in; I was in full beast mode. Best arm day in a long while.
Tricpes are sore today. French Presses FTW!
I'm going to try, Dee. I really am.
So much for rest day. Spent the last 3 hours or so washign the beast.
F'k I love this car, but it's a total PITA to wash. I did the engine bay, the exhaust tips, inside the wheels and everything. I need a nap. LMAO
But it looks great, no?
T-bones for dinner, and my physio appointment is for 8:20am so I'm setting the alarms for 5am instead of 4:25.
w00t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Back only tomorrow. No chest work as per doctor's orders....
Happy Sunday, kids.

Solid work Jim. I am glad to see you sticking with it, and getting good results.

Squaterday
All I did today was squats.
Nothing really epic to report, but given my recent shoulder and lower back issues I think it went OK.
All reps on all sets were slow, controlled, balls to the floor with a pause at the bottom (no bouncing).
Squats
Bar x whatever
135 x 10
135 x 10
225 x 8
225 x 8
275 x 6
275 x 6
315 x 3
315 x 3
345 x 2
365 x 1
With Belt & Wraps
385 x 1
405 x 2
435 x 1
455 x 1
405 x 2
That's it. Might try to work in some hams & calves tomorrow.
Happy TuesdayInsta: flexjs

Good job working through the shoulder issues you have Jim. Bar positioning must have been painful. Epic job today.

Thanks guys.
Got an e-mail today reminding me that I registered for an all day class tomorrow to get some Professional Development Credits that I need. So I had to cancel my physio appt. and won't be training tomorrow. *sigh*
The next appointment I could get was Monday, and I'll be back at the gym Thursday morning.
