    Wink i keep reading...but confused...

    hi,

    i keep on reading everyone's posts but i am so confused...i am 5 foot 1 and 120lbs according to some sites i am bout 25% body fat which according to some charts i'm in my ideal weight...but the thing i am confused about is that i have been doing this for about 5 months and for the first 3 i did p90x and my progress was constant and since i am done i have switched it to heavier lifting with some cardio as i would like to loose a few more lbs to look more defined...i am just wondering how to i do this?i have be lifting heavier and when i flex it shows but just in general you can't tell much also my measurements are pretty much the same since p90x with little change...i am trying to shrink my waist from about 28 inches to 25-26,just not sure how to loose weight without loosing muscle...also trying to have more defined arms which i know requires loosing fat but i am afraid to loose muscles...i eat about 1200 to 1500 cals a day and track it on dailyburn which seems to be about right for everything except i exceed a little bit of carbs...

    any suggetions would be great

    I'd do a constant 1400 cals and stop the cal zigzagging. What do your macros look like?
