On 1 rep maxes I was pulling from the ground, on everything else I was lifting my feet up. I took your advice and starting putting my feet up first, which is more stricter. I was still able to get 320lbs, but couldnt get 325. I havent really been doing very many 1 rep max work in the past month+. Thanks for the tips.

Good Job, after stoping at 27 I didn't know how you would get 13 more but you did. once I stop I can only get around 6 more.

You got 12 more when you did 36, after hanging at 24. I dont know how you do so many after hanging, most I have ever gotten was 6. Maybe with longer arms its just harder to get rolling again after stopping, I dunno. When you get towards the end, what starts hurting first? For me lately its been my shoulders burning.

yeah i think i got 10 more on my 30 vid and then my second 36 i got 10 more but yeah i guess anywhere from 10-12
i lose my grip more than anything, i think if i can hang longer i can get more but its just not gonna happen idk. i work on my grip but hanging for 2 mins is a long time|~| EXTREME PULL UPS CREW |~|

My grip has improved big time lately. When I did 27, I hung on the bar for 93 seconds, which isnt as long as you or anything, but was a huge amount of time for me. Now that my grip is better, my shoulders are giving out. They are burning big time when I get to the end and I am hanging a lot. Thats another reason I am working on doing a lot of dips and pushups, to hopefully improve my shoulder endurance.

how do you get into doing those pullups then put you over the bar and turn into dips? Do you have to start off kipping like a retard?

No you dont have to kimp for a muscle up.
Pull yourself up fast and high once you get the bar to your waist rotate your wrist and push yourself upPullups Max reps: 40 reps

Did 205 lbs bw + 150 lbs 4 reps tried five but failed.
