Besides lowering body fat and genetics, is there any way to make striations more visable, especially in the pecs, triceps and quads? Are there really exercises that can "bring out" striations, like cable crossovers, or is it a bunch of bull?

I cannot speak from personal experience but I remember reading in arnie's encyclopedia that machine flyes can bring out striations.
