Update on my deadlift. Some how I wasn't able to count to 4 today, I was going for 365lbsx4 but instead I did 3 reps of 365, but I know I could have definitely got 4 reps. I am going to max next week and hopefully I get 395 or 405. I am still pretty happy about 365lbsx3 though since my 1rm was 365 only a month ago.

honestly it varies. i squat pretty wide and it just depends. i do a slow decent, so its not like dive bombing straight down. i think one of my 335's was parallel.
also thanks for checking out the log. (assuming thats where you saw the vid????)
im trying.... it helps im eating like **** and gaining like 2 lbs a week
as i may have mentioned before, i focused on front squats for a while. i did max at the start of the comp at 315 (and it was hard as hell). still now that im focusing on back squat, im kind of "primed" to shoot up...
im focusing effort on squat (as oppose to DL) and im eating **** and getting fat as hell.
im acutally like 175 now, not 170

but i know what you mean. sometimes it rolls too far back and it does that.
YES I DO LOVE THEM! THOSE ****ERS WERE THE BEST THING I'VE HAD SINCE ORIGINAL NOOB GAINS!
how many times have you done them and how much wieght did you get up to
also do you use cross grip or oly grip? (if oly grip, disregard above part of post)

no problem.
those squat-rx videos are great. theres a ton of them, this summer i plan to watch them all.
hope this helps. give them a fair shot. i started low, so by the time i got to harder weight i was use to the form.
im not sure what your program looks like, but if you have a DL day, i'd throw them in there and then squat another day. they work as assistance work to DL.... help off the floor. i would do them before DL though.... they dont take away from DL much, but DLing 1st makes them hard as hell.
