    Fitness blogs...

I tried searching and didn't see it mentioned yet, so I thought I'd post this link. I am not familiar with the blogs mentioned within the article and have no connection to Leo or ZenHabits, but wanted to share it in case any of y'all wanted to check them out.

One other that motivates me: The Levrone Report!
    http://levronereport.com
The guy was out of it for four and a half years and got back to it in april 2009. He has done some transformations since, getting back mass, getting cut, benching 405lbs, squatting 500lbs and now he is trying to get his 'ultimate body'. He wants to get to 220lbs, and be able to do all of the above. He's really down to earth and he posts cool workout videos advice. Highly recommended!
    Just starting my bodyblog: http://blog.bodybuilding.com/michielp

there's a lot of junk out there...

I read both The Levrone Report and Zen Habits, and personally I would highly recommend for everyone to start their own blog either at Blogspot or Wordpress - great way to motivate yourself and stay on track!
