Getting Cut With Glass - Set & Rep counts?

I finally stumbled onto this article/video (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/glasscut0.htm) and I want to give it a try. However, the rep and set counts aren't very clear. Anyone familiar with the workout please fill me in on how you did it. thanks.

In the videos, he goes through the exercises, but he doesn't specify the number of reps or sets. I was just wondering, for those that used the program, what reps and sets range did they use to get the maximum gains. thanks.

6-12 is wide range i would say stick with 10-12, or maybe 6-12 means that he does 12-10-8-6 or smtng like that.
