I keep healthy foods in the home. however I find myself eating out when I get the chance. And of course this causes fat gain, but also it hurts my wallet. What are some tricks or advice you could give me? Thanks for any help!!!

first, it wont necessarily lead to fat gain if you dont go over your cals for the day. I would suggest going to the nutrition section and look at meals eating now #9 theyve got som fantastic recipes and trust me itll be like your eating out bc its so damm gooood. Or only eat out a 1-2 times a week you just gota control yourself and make yourself not go out to eat.

Also, Check the nutrition info on your respestive fast food joint. You can anything into a cut and get it done, But you wouldn't really want to do it that way.
Salads, Baked potatoes, NOTHING DEEP FRIED!!!!!Original start weight Dec. 26th 2009: 349 3/4.
Lowest weight in Mid-August 2011: 232 1/2. 117 Pounds Lost!
Life got in the way...
Restart weight 277. Gained back 45 :(.
First Goal: 250 by Halloween!

dood.. i had to quit because it was makin me a fatty hahahah one meal a day like 3000 cals burger king Triple stacker double stacker 2 large fries and a dr pepper .. I quit the season at 2450 in 3s.
But on a serious note, a nice little trick is to shop for healthy food on a full stomach. It makes it a lot easier. good luck!I don't feel Pain,

Haha but seriously look at it from a money standpoint. You're killing money you could be spending on food that tastes just as good but healthier.
If you enjoy going out with your friends then limit going out by yourself to get food. I know its conveniant but that's how you're going to fall into the Obese American category. I mean for ****s stake they are trying to throw taco bell on us like its a lifesaver."Its YOU vs. YOU"
