we're more of a quality > quantity country.
A few of the worlds top universities and business schools (maybe med schools too, but i dont really know much about them other than McGill) are in canada.
Richard Ivey, Schulich, Queens Commerce are all prestigious univs and internationally recognized.
Schulich was ranked with having the worlds best MBA program.. I believe by the Economist
