Hai, I'm currently on a bulk, and I'm worried that when I'm done my head will be tiny compared to my body. I already have a small head. Is there any exercise that will make my head larger, and more muscular. I've been looking all morning and cant find any.
Reps for good suggestions.

Can anyone recommend a good exercise to make your head bigger?

hitting your head against the wall will make it swollen and big in size over all
5 sets of 5 reps ...do it on your off days because you will feel dizzy after that

BRB, doing 5 x 5 masseter crunches. :P
OP: The size of your head is basically determined by the size of your skull (read: bone). If you have a tiny head, you're stuck with a tiny head.

O you guyz are so unhelfpul. Why cant anyone give me a good exercise. I know there is muscle around your head. If only I could beef it up. What if I studyz to get smartz. My brain will grow and will force my skull to get larger to accomodate a bigger brainz. Thoughtz?

Unfortunatly, your head won't get any bigger because you're skull have probably stopped growing at your age. However, you can get your face to look alittle chubbier and round; all you have to do is eat more green food especially watercress, it contains huge amounts of good stuff and it amazingly fills your face without making you chubbier if you don't want to gain weight!

okay. lets think (no pun intended). anywhere there is muscle on your body it is to flex, extend, basically allow any movement whatsoever. your skull cant move, flex, extend, etc. your neck can (hence muscles around and on your neck). there are no joints on your skull, therefore no muscle. your head cant get bigger. period. even from lotz of studyz.

Do partial reps on every exercise. People who do this lift more weight and become big headed.
