ZMA is a great supplement that helps avoid Zinc/Magniesium defficientcies, common with athletes, promotes better sleep and can also help restore some natural test production post-prohormone cycles.
Trib doesn't effect serum testosterone, and doesn't really have bennificial muscle building qualities. Although ivve heard that it may have a slight viagra like effect on some older men.

Works Great!
I have been taking Optimum Nutrition's ZMA stacked with Twin Lab Tribfuel for about a month. I have seen some really good results. I feel more energized and my strength has gone through the roof! I have gained 5lbs but my waist has gotten smaller at the same time. I can definitely feel a boost in testosterone, i'm chasing my girlfriend around like a horny dog..lol..But seriously stuff works. I have used Superdrol, 17-HD, Methyl 1-D (doesn't work) and Masterdrol in the past so I have something to compare this to, and it diffently is worth a try! Plus it's cheap....

Don't waste your money on either ZMA or tribulus.
Studies have shown that ZMA does not live up to any of its claims; and that Tribulus does not boost testosterone levels.
The studies confirm my personal experience where I've found neither of these products had any positive impact on my blood test results for serum testosterone or free testosterone.
Here's a couple of studies regarding ZMA:
1) Effects of Zinc Magnesium Aspartate (ZMA) Supplementation on Training Adaptations and Markers of Anabolism and Catabolism.
[Wilborn CD, Kerksick CM, Campbell BI, Taylor LW, Marcello BM, Rasmussen CJ, Greenwood MC, Almada A, Kreider RB.
Exercise & Sport Nutrition Lab, Baylor University, Waco, TX.]
ABSTRACT : This study examined whether supplementing the diet with a commercial supplement containing zinc magnesium aspartate (ZMA) during training affects zinc and magnesium status, anabolic and catabolic hormone profiles, and/or training adaptations. Forty-two resistance trained males (27 +/- 9 yrs; 178 +/- 8 cm, 85 +/- 15 kg, 18.6 +/- 6% body fat) were matched according to fat free mass and randomly assigned to ingest in a double blind manner either a dextrose placebo (P) or ZMA 30-60 minutes prior to going to sleep during 8-weeks of standardized resistance-training. Subjects completed testing sessions at 0, 4, and 8 weeks that included body composition assessment as determined by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, 1-RM and muscular endurance tests on the bench and leg press, a Wingate anaerobic power test, and blood analysis to assess anabolic/catabolic status as well as markers of health. Data were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA. Results indicated that ZMA supplementation non-significantly increased serum zinc levels by 11 - 17% (p = 0.12). However, no significant differences were observed between groups in anabolic or catabolic hormone status, body composition, 1-RM bench press and leg press, upper or lower body muscular endurance, or cycling anaerobic capacity. Results indicate that ZMA supplementation during training does not appear to enhance training adaptations in resistance trained populations.
2) Serum testosterone and urinary excretion of steroid hormone metabolites after administration of a high-dose zinc supplement.
[Koehler K, Parr MK, Geyer H, Mester J, Sch?nzer W.
Institute of Biochemistry, German Research Centre of Elite Sport, German Sport University Cologne, Cologne, Germany.] Eur J Clin Nutr. 2009 Jan;63(1):65-70. Epub 2007 Sep 19
OBJECTIVES: To investigate whether the administration of the zinc-containing nutritional supplement ZMA causes an increase of serum testosterone levels, which is an often claimed effect in advertising for such products; to monitor the urinary excretion of testosterone and selected steroid hormone metabolites to detect potential changes in the excretion patterns of ZMA users. SUBJECTS: Fourteen healthy, regularly exercising men aged 22-33 years with a baseline zinc intake between 11.9 and 23.2 mg day(-1) prior to the study. RESULTS: Supplementation of ZMA significantly increased serum zinc (P=0.031) and urinary zinc excretion (P=0.035). Urinary pH (P=0.011) and urine flow (P=0.045) were also elevated in the subjects using ZMA. No significant changes in serum total and serum free testosterone were observed in response to ZMA use. Also, the urinary excretion pattern of testosterone metabolites was not significantly altered in ZMA users. CONCLUSIONS: The present data suggest that the use of ZMA has no significant effects regarding serum testosterone levels and the metabolism of testosterone in subjects who consume a zinc-sufficient diet.
And here's a couple of studies regarding TRIBULUS:
1) The aphrodisiac herb Tribulus terrestris does not influence the androgen production in young men.
[Neychev VK, Mitev VI.
Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Medical University, 2 Zdrave str., Sofia-1431, Bulgaria. neychev@dir.bg] J Ethnopharmacol. 2005 Oct 3;101(1-3):319-23.
OBJECTIVE: The aim of the current study is to investigate the influence of Tribulus terrestris extract on androgen metabolism in young males. DESIGN AND METHODS: Twenty-one healthy young 20-36 years old men with body weight ranging from 60 to 125 kg were randomly separated into three groups-two experimental (each n=7) and a control (placebo) one (n=7). The experimental groups were named TT1 and TT2 and the subjects were assigned to consume 20 and 10 mg/kg body weight per day of Tribulus terrestris extract, respectively, separated into three daily intakes for 4 weeks. Testosterone, androstenedione and luteinizing hormone levels in the serum were measured 24 h before supplementation (clear probe), and at 24, 72, 240, 408 and 576 h from the beginning of the supplementation. RESULTS: There was no significant difference between Tribulus terrestris supplemented groups and controls in the serum testosterone (TT1 (mean+/-S.D.: 15.75+/-1.75 nmol/l); TT2 (mean+/-S.D.: 16.32+/-1.57 nmol/l); controls (mean+/-S.D.: 17.74+/-1.09 nmol/l) (p>0.05)), androstenedione (TT1 (mean+/-S.D.: 1.927+/-0.126 ng/ml); TT2 (mean+/-S.D.: 2.026+/-0.256 ng/ml); controls (mean+/-S.D.: 1.952+/-0.236 ng/ml) (p>0.05)) or luteinizing hormone (TT1 (mean+/-S.D.: 4.662+/-0.274U/l); TT2 (mean+/-S.D.: 4.103+/-0.869U/l); controls (mean+/-S.D.: 4.170+/-0.406U/l) (p>0.05)) levels. All results were within the normal range. The findings in the current study anticipate that Tribulus terrestris steroid saponins possess neither direct nor indirect androgen-increasing properties. The study will be extended in the clarifying the probable mode of action of Tribulus terrestris steroid saponins.
2) Effects of anabolic precursors on serum testosterone concentrations and adaptations to resistance training in young men.
[Brown GA, Vukovich MD, Reifenrath TA, Uhl NL, Parsons KA, Sharp RL, King DS. Exercise Biochemistry Laboratory, Department of Health and Human Performance, Iowa State University, Ames, IA 50011, USA.] Int J Sport Nutr Exerc Metab. 2000 Sep;10(3):340-59
The effects of androgen precursors, combined with herbal extracts designed to enhance testosterone formation and reduce conversion of androgens to estrogens was studied in young men. Subjects performed 3 days of resistance training per week for 8 weeks. Each day during Weeks 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8, subjects consumed either placebo (PL; n = 10) or a supplement (ANDRO-6; n = 10), which contained daily doses of 300 mg androstenedione, 150 mg DHEA, 750 mg Tribulus terrestris, 625 mg Chrysin, 300 mg Indole-3-carbinol, and 540 mg Saw palmetto. Serum androstenedione concentrations were higher in ANDRO-6 after 2, 5, and 8 weeks (p <.05), while serum concentrations of free and total testosterone were unchanged in both groups. Serum estradiol was elevated at Weeks 2, 5, and 8 in ANDRO-6 (p <.05), and serum estrone was elevated at Weeks 5 and 8 (p <.05). Muscle strength increased (p <.05) similarly from Weeks 0 to 4, and again from Weeks 4 to 8 in both treatment groups. The acute effect of one third of the daily dose of ANDRO-6 and PL was studied in 10 men (23 +/- 4 years). Serum androstenedione concentrations were elevated (p <.05) in ANDRO-6 from 150 to 360 min after ingestion, while serum free or total testosterone concentrations were unchanged. These data provide evidence that the addition of these herbal extracts to androstenedione does not result in increased serum testosterone concentrations, reduce the estrogenic effect of androstenedione, and does not augment the adaptations to resistance training.
3) The effect of five weeks of Tribulus terrestris supplementation on muscle strength and body composition during preseason training in elite rugby league players.
[Rogerson S, Riches CJ, Jennings C, Weatherby RP, Meir RA, Marshall-Gradisnik SM. School of Exercise Science and Sport Management, Southern Cross University Lismore, New South Wales, Australia.] J Strength Cond Res. 2007 May;21(2):348-53
Tribulus terrestris is an herbal nutritional supplement that is promoted to produce large gains in strength and lean muscle mass in 5-28 days (15, 18). Although some manufacturers claim T. terrestris will not lead to a positive drug test, others have suggested that T. terrestris may increase the urinary testosterone/epitestosterone (T/E) ratio, which may place athletes at risk of a positive drug test. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of T. terrestris on strength, fat free mass, and the urinary T/E ratio during 5 weeks of preseason training in elite rugby league players. Twenty-two Australian elite male rugby league players (mean +/- SD; age = 19.8 +/- 2.9 years; weight = 88.0 +/- 9.5 kg) were match-paired and randomly assigned in a double-blind manner to either a T. terrestris (n = 11) or placebo (n = 11) group. All subjects performed structured heavy resistance training as part of the club's preseason preparations. A T. terrestris extract (450 mg.d(-1)) or placebo capsules were consumed once daily for 5 weeks. Muscular strength, body composition, and the urinary T/E ratio were monitored prior to and after supplementation. After 5 weeks of training, strength and fat free mass increased significantly without any between-group differences. No between-group differences were noted in the urinary T/E ratio. It was concluded that T. terrestris did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced within 5-28 days. Furthermore, T. terrestris did not alter the urinary T/E ratio and would not place an athlete at risk of testing positive based on the World Anti-Doping Agency's urinary T/E ratio limit of 4:1.

In my personal opionion, im taking a natural test booster (MHP T-Bomb 2)and its working for me. I wouldnt say its good for mass but its good for motivation in the sense it gives you a little more aggression and energry all day long. which helps you in workouts giving you that extra edge. they arent steroids. if you want to get big take steroids. but this increased my energy and i wasnt so fatigued during my workouts even with preworkout supps. I have yet to try zma which would be a good idea because these test boosters seem to keep me up at night. but thats just my opinion and im only 23.

I'm taking a product called XTest from a competitor of BB.com (not sure if I'm allowed to mention competitors). Tribulus is the main ingredient, but there are several other ingredients. I'm a normal build guy over 40 years old, but when I take this stuff it makes me feel like an alpha-male and I easily life more weight in the gym, and I have more power in jogging up mountain trails as well. I have never felt like this before.
The only problem is that my prostate got a little sore (I have past issues with prostate soreness from bike riding with a bad seat). I don't know if I can totally blame it on the XTest because I had been taking many supplements. So I've backed off on 3 of them, and am getting ready to start taking XTest again now that the soreness has subsided.
So, basically, I think Tribulus is awesome. If anyone has knowledge/advice that can help me with the prostate issue and testosterone products, please reply.

Dr Max Stack
Hey All,
What do you guys think of the Dr Max Powers Analbolic Stack? I tried a cycle of it about 2 months ago...I got HUGE....and seem to have kept all the results because I kept working out. . .I definitely liked the stack...
Is it safe to do the stack again now? 3 months later? Should I wait another 3 months, so its been 6 months after I did the stack?
Its definitely one of the most powerful stacks I have tried - without the jittery effects or side effects, but im wondering if i should do it again.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks,
