Hey guys, Thanks for coming in I am looking for some critique good and bad.(Plz don't be rude) I started off with a fast bulk eating 1,500 cals over my daily need. Now I am eating 300-500 over and putting on a pound a week.

I'm just about 6,0 I know my torso is still small I don't want to bulk hard its evening out slowly I am 146LB i started at 130
I have a problem with my rib cage where it sticks out more then others it doesn't go straight down it goes forward, theres nothing I can do but invest thousands of dollars into surgery or live with it

no one on here should be rude or give you negative feedback. you started out really tiny, skinny (almost in an unhealthy looking way) and now, you actually have some mass and u look like you actually lift.
if you continue to eat a lot and lift heavy, you got the base to really get huge in a few months. good work and keep it up!

I added 6 pound to my squat today woot!! I was so happy!! thx much guys, I don't really count cals any more I kinda know what I need to eat and how much protein really. When I was eating every thing in sight I was putting on to much weight to fast now I just have 4-5 meals a day and it seems to be going good.
