What aspects of the body building lifestyle do you feel like you slack in?
Examples (adding more as people mention them):
-inconsistent workout routine
-not enough sleep
-don't eat enough
-don't consume enough water
-alcohol
etc.
I'd have to say my main one right now is an inconsistent workout routine, because I haven't done legs in quite a while and hate the fact that I don't do something about it despite being good with the rest of my muscle groups.
EDIT: Definitely need to add alcohol to my list. I don't drink too much, maybe 3 times a month, but its honestly hard not to at college.

Mine as of right now are an inconsistant workout routine, a lack of sleep, and lack of a quality daily lunch. I'm not really worried about the routine as long as I am consistant I know I will be getting better. Might decide to spend some time to look for one soon though.
My lack of sleep is really annoying and there really isn't any way I can stop it until next quarter unless I want to go to bed at 8:00. As for lunch I don't have a lot of time in between classes to go somewhere with decent food, but I figure I will start trollin these forums again and learn some decent meals.* Team Frvrmuscle *

I'm addicted to going to the gym and have trouble following a 3 day a week routine since I get anxious on off days.
For example, I'm doing 5x5 linear. I did the Monday workout last night but I'm doing Wednesday today instead (well, this time it's because I'm busy tomorrow).
I end up lifting more than I should.

I'd have to say everything. I stick to eating and working out and drinking about 1 Liter+ a day, but my family is really down on cash so getting my nutrition in is a bitch.
Plus I just started my 5 week lifting in p.e., and yea it sucks but I have to do it to pass so now I'm lifting like 8 times in 5 days. It fails.Hello! Lack of sleep, and not maintaining full intensity through particular exercises that I don't like as much (for example, I do squats with a much greater intensity than I do, say, leg extensions). I also have a tendency to overeat simply because I get anxious that I'm not getting in enough calories per day.
oh lawd, why dey be takin away my proteinz!?

Definitly don't get close to 8 hours of sleep. If I go to bed right NOW I'll get 6 hours and 45 minutes, but I still have to shower and eat and stuff.
Diet sucks and I'm loosing weight. Fixing that asap though. Got a fridge in my room yesterday, bought tuberware and utensils today. Made up a diet, will stock the fridge tomorrow.

diet. whenever I work I don't eat for sometimes 6 hours or more normally eat around every 2 1/2 to 3 hours, also eating enough in general. sometimes I'm not hungery but don't want to miss a meal and end up being bloated all day
shoulders. don't seem like they like to grow lol
fat. lower stomach and hips are my problem area with fat. no matter how much I diet I don't lose fat there but everywhere else. looks reall akward

For some reason I'm incapable of sleeping more than 5 hours at a time, which is why I'm up right now.
Cutting has so far proven impossible for me too, I've eating an average of 1600-1800 calories a day down from 2900+ and I'm STILL putting on mass and strength. Blessing and a curse I guess.Deliver me from Swedish furniture
