How does this diet look for losing fat?

185lbs, 23% BF, 10' 11".
Breakfast: 50g protein + 20g fat + 50g carbs
Lunch: 40g protein + 5g fat + 25 carbs
Preworkout: 50g protein + 35g carbs
- Workout (45 min)
- Cardio (15 min)
Post workout: 50g protein + 40g carbs
Dinner: 50g Protein +25g fat
Protein: 960 calories, 250g
Carbs: 600 calories, 150g
Fat: 450 calories, 50g
Total Calories per day: 2000
btw, I am working out 3 times a week.

It's a diet. Only you'll know if it works for you or not AFTER you try it out. Posting it here does nothing for you. If I told you it would work I'd be guessing, if I told you it wouldn't work I'd be guessing. You have to actually try it and give it time to know if it's a good diet for losing fat or not.

I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad,they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.
