The bar was forward before it even got to your knees. I know some peoples hips shoot up and it doesn't affect them but they shot right up on your 107 attempts and that might've had something to do with it.

Or just in the same spot. The hips will be above the knees by the time the bar leaves the floor regardless of what you do but you don't want them fully extended before the bar gets to your knees. Focus on keeping them back rather than down I would say, if that makes sense.

disagree, I think ftw needs to keep his hips down. ftw I think you're right, looks like your hips shot up and you hit the bar away from you when you finished. was definitely high enough just not in the right spot. just my opinion though

By kiefer? I got the book a year or 2 ago, never stuck with it for that long as I always trained in the morning, but I've always liked the look of it as far as dietary adherence and consistency is confirmed
