a quick question.....on the tub of protein it recomends between 2-3 scoops a day and says dont exceed this many scoops, is there any reason for this?So if someone were to have 4 scoops a day how would this effect them negatively

No eggs? Are you a vegan or a vegetarian? I was a vegetarian for 2.5 years and I was eating about 1400 eggs a month. They are unfertilized eggs so it's not like you're eating a baby bird if that's what you're concern is. If it's just a preference then more power to you but be prepared for the long, hard road.
Edit: It should also be mentioned that if you are a vegan then you don't consume dairy products at all, I'm assuming. If that's the situation, you should know that Whey and Casein are dairy based proteins.
