a quick question.....on the tub of protein it recomends between 2-3 scoops a day and says dont exceed this many scoops, is there any reason for this?So if someone were to have 4 scoops a day how would this effect them negatively

it will not negatively effect you physically...but it may effect your wallet...in that your protein powder obviously goes quicker.

Is it necessary to have 4 scoops? No...I would say more food...

Wont affect you negatively.... only positively. More protein is a good thing. If your thinking of protein poisoning, it only happens with eating solely protein, with no fats. Or extremely large quantities of pure protein

so there you go...since I was unaware of that, considering you didn't mention that, then by all means, go for 4 scoops.

As I said, and answered your question if won't negatively effect your body.

No eggs? Are you a vegan or a vegetarian? I was a vegetarian for 2.5 years and I was eating about 1400 eggs a month. They are unfertilized eggs so it's not like you're eating a baby bird if that's what you're concern is. If it's just a preference then more power to you but be prepared for the long, hard road.

Edit: It should also be mentioned that if you are a vegan then you don't consume dairy products at all, I'm assuming. If that's the situation, you should know that Whey and Casein are dairy based proteins.
