Hey everyone, Im a new to these fourms, but I have been training off and on for about two years now. Im 6 feet tall, and weigh 225lbs, got a bit of body fat around my stomach, but Im pretty solid everywhere else. My max lifts are estimated at 280 Bench press, 425 squat, and 440 deadlift. My body type is probably a endo/meso mix.
Over the next 6 months I wan't to focus on putting on as much size and strength as possible. I have been Working out 4 days a week. Mon,Tues,Thurs, and Friday. I have been training each muscle one time a week.
I was wondering if anyone could offer me a good routine for putting on strength and mass. I was thinking of still training the 4 days a week, but hitting each muscle twice instead of once. Or doing a 3 on and 1 or 2 days off. That workout would be day 1 legs, day 2 push, day 3 pull, day 4 off, then repeat.
Alot of the workouts I have found on the net are more for beginners, and I can handle a pretty good sized workload. Any advice would be much appreciated.
