Damn looking good shoup de woup!
I wish I actually worked out on my deload instead of taking a week off, took me couple weeks to get back in the rhythm..
Jack3d is a hit or miss for me lol, sometimes I feel it sometimes it makes me sleepy!
What flavor you have for xtend? I need to pick some up since my intrabolic is running out.
And as for multis, I hate taking them maybe because orange triad's serving is 6 pills. I hate pills >:O! I think the most I ever took in one day was like 18. Which I think made me hate it.

Yeah - that's one thing I AM appreciating about the deload... still getting in there and doing something, even though it's much less than I'm used to.
I got blue raspberry for Xtend -- tastes freakin' awesome. I've heard people recommend blue raspberry, watermelon, or grape.. supposedly the other flavors aren't that great.
Haha, I used to hate taking pills.. but when I started out, my "trainer" roommate got me to try all sorts of supps, and at one point I think I was taking close to 50 pills a day. Multis, aminos, NO (naNO X9), creatine (SizeOn), Gakic, Leukic, and one or two more. That's not even getting into the random shakes... protein shakes, pre-workout CELLTEKHARDCORE shakes, post-workout ZOMG APLODAN MUSCLETECH RAAAAWAR shakes... it got CRAZY. Not to mention way too damn expensive.
Different packs of Animal supps have been good though - small pills (except for a couple in the Pak), and they go down easily; 2-3 can be taken at a time, at least.
Thanks guys - I think for the most part I climbed to 200 by the end of 2006, thanks to military food, noob gains, and supps. Didn't really change much during 2007.. if anything I think I probably lost weight. 2008 is when I got back into it and starting tipping the scales to 210, and then 2009 would be when I got up around 220. Fairly even for the most part then, I'd say.the crew that poop poop poops crews crew

Thanks guys, I really do appreciate it... but I'm nowhere near close to where I want to be -- and my dues are far from paid! This is only the beginning.the crew that poop poop poops crews crew

Good day... I'm thinking I might just go straight through to back day instead of tossing in a "break+cardio" day.
Now time to relax and finish watching the LOST finale before the grandparents come over to visit and do dinner.

I'm just glad it's OVER. I can stop thinking about all the stupid questions and crap that they threw at us... never to haunt my mind again! I wash my hands of that show.
A few parts were tear-jerkers though.
Eh, it's not driving me too crazy... still getting some good work in. The speed of it all is keeping me from going nuts, so it's more one big cardio workout than anything. Fairly decent pump too.

You've made good progress, bud.
Good for all you young guys who train and eat well consistently--you're all on the ball. You've all got a long, healthy life ahead of you as opposed to all the out-of-shapers who suck down crap food like it's going out of style, and laying around doing nothing. No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

Thank you, Bill.
It works both ways here -- good for YOU as well, I know you're in WAYYYY better shape than a good portion of people I know, not even narrowing in on the 'over 35' age groups or anything. You haven't done a damn good job "for your age"... you've done a damn good job PERIOD!
That's what I like about old school stuff though... it was used in the past and worked for guys then, so it can be used in the present and work for guys now.
What up Joey!! Good to see you back and in one piece -- how'd the meet go?
Good job brah! Time to start that bulk, eh?
