I'm entering my 3 month of a medication that super boosts by Vitamin A levels. I know for sure that to see the progress that I want, I'd like to take some sort of vitamin or supplements... My goals overall are to improve my nutritional balance/healthy habits and to build muscle as well... If any form of vitamin a is included as an ingredient component... umm... well... I'd just rather steer clear of something negative possibly happening. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!
