    Bulking Up!

Meal 1 (9:00am): two bacon egg and cheese bagels from Mcdonald's

    ~1000 calories, 45g fat, 45g protein

Meal 2 (12:30pm): "club panini no mayo" from Corner Bakery

    ~900 calories, 35g fat, 55g protein

    Meal 3 (5:30pm): Protein Shake

    ~260 calories, 3g fat, 48g protein

    Meal 4 (8:00pm): 2 handfuls of Triscuits
    ~240 calories, 6g fat, 6g protein

    Meal 5 (10:00pm): Protein Shake + Gatorade

    ~385 calories, 3g fat, 48g protein

Meal 6 (11:00pm): 3 Eggs and 1 slice whole grain toast
    ~300 calories, 15g fat, 18g protein

    Totals: ~2635, 107g fat, 220g protein

I am not worried about fiber. Too much fat? I think my protein intake is perfect (185lbs @ ~10% bodyfat) Give me input. I'm just thinking about macros, so please help me out here. I don't care that my breakfast comes from McDonald's...i sometimes make my own breakfast sandwhich with similar makeup. Should I throw in some oatmeal in the morning as well?
    NEW GOAL(s):
    Regain my strength.
Put on 5 lbs of muscle.
Gain better overall fitness (strength, endurance, muscle)

2600 seems low for a bulk. Other than that everything looks okay. Try it out for a couple weeks and if you're not gaining increase dem dere cals.

You should be worried about fiber.

From a purely aesthetic standpoint, it's one of the two nutrients crucial to keeping your blood sugar system under control and therefore will help you make the most lean gains. The other is fat, obviously.

Not to mention, colon health and regularity, energy levels, and overall health (a multivitamin is no substitute for a balanced diet). Add some fruits and vegetables, nuts and other legumes, and swap that nasty breakfast out for something healthier.
    If you can't join'em, beat'em.

    terrible diet

Thats a horrible bulk. almost no nutritional value. Too little protein, not enough calories, dont even get me started on "2 handfuls of triscuts" as a meal. And 4 of the 6 meals are only 300 calories. This diet makes no sense. And if you dont want adivce (as evidenced by your comment to the poster who preached fiber), then dont post asking for advice.

    ... dude.

OP you need fruits, veggies, nuts. Eat this for a few weeks, then make changes to your caloric intake as necessary. you will grow with a caloric surplus, you have more than enough protein.

    enjoy
