So I was in North Park area of San Diego, headed to the library to do some studying. As I pull in to the library parking lot, I see this dude in the pics below in the parking lot standing ther. For some reason, he cough my eye right away. As I walked to the library, he headed straight for my truck with "purpose". Im like "wtf is this guy doing". He started looking into my truck windows. I stood there waiting for him to try something stupid. He turned around and see me and instantly looks away and walks, and keeps looking back at me.After a while he walks to the north end of the parking lot and just stands there, so I head into the library and head straight to the back where there are windows that I can see him, and set my **** down at the desk. When I got there he opens the door to a van. I called the cops and headed out the library. I watched him shoving **** into his bag. After about 2-3 mins he finishes and walks away. I stand there talking to the dispatcher which way he is walking. Then two SDPD units show up and cuff him. I head to where they have him and tell them I am the one that called. I was asked to give a verble statement and i so i did. After that I started taking pics of him. He got super irate. He was like " wtf you looking at boy" Im like "you ahahah, youre headed to jail dumbass' . then he started squirming around and they cops pressed him against the car and you started yelling out "im going to murder you foo, im going to murder you. 1-8-7, 1-8-7, 1-8-7" lmfao great day.

I took out the garbage at like 2:30 and noticed some strange car (it was running) was in my carport, but didn't think much of it, about two hours later I was leaving to go to my friends house and it was still there (still running). The lady who lives next to me was peeking from around the corner and asked me if I knew who it was. I didn't so I looked inside and a guy was sleeping (thought he could be dead). So I said fuk this and called the cops, and he got a ticket for a suspended license and something else.
