The past week and a half I have noticed my chest and arms feels a bit smaller. The only thing I have changed in the past week is that I went off using Super Pump to using Hydroxycut for my workout energy boost.
So I take Hydroxycut about 30 minutes before my workout and take Creatine during my workout.
My body seems to respond better to the Hydroxycut for energy. I have been able to lift heavier with much more energy throughout the workout. However, when feeling my chest and arm muscles, they feel softer and much smaller lately.
This could all be in my head, but it seems to be a pretty big difference. I would normally just assume it was the water from being on the Creatine, but this is the third week of my current cycle and its only been like this the past week.
I just want to make sure that using the fat burner pre workout is not hurting my muscle gain. Any help would be appreciated.
