    Smile eggs eggs eggs =/

    the last few weeks ive been eating about 9 eggs per day, everyday, aswell as my carbs and protein etc..

    are eggs a good source of muscle building protein?? would you reccomend me eating more or less of them??

    Verry good. However they have 2/3 of your daily cholesterol each. So if you have heat problems ease up. Altough egg whites are good.

    but would i also gain alot of fat through eating too many??
    last few weeks ive put a few pounds on and my strength has increased also... only thing ive changed is the eggs =]

    If your calories are in check you could eat 30 eggs and be fine. Dietary cholesterol has an insignificant effect on blood cholesterol. Just make sure you don't already have cholesterol problems or it's not genetic. Either way 9 shouldn't be a problem in the least.

    Egg protein is the best protein, other than whey, in terms of bioavailability.

    Don't worry about the cholesterol. It's dietry cholesterol. It will help test production.

    1 pound maybe. But not the whole two pounds. That's fine gains though and even if it was fat it would be overall calories to blame, not just your eggs.

    well i have about 5-6 meals per day.. 360 cals or so in each meal, which should be enough to lose about 1pound per week of fat without losing muscle,, im eatin alot of white bread tho but its only 1g of sugar per piece and 5.4g of protein with 110 calories seems like a good idea to eat more bread.

    Are you trying to lose weight?

    If you are you have to eat in a deficit. It only has to be a couple hundred under maintenance.

    Eggs are some of the best protein available

    The cholestoral in eggs has been proven to be mainly HDL cholestoral, the GOOD cholestoral, so eat your heart out. I was eating about 12 eggs a day for a month a while ago while on accutane, and when I got my blood test it showed my cholesteral being lower than it was before.


    And don't eat white bread, eat whole wheat...white bread is ****...the carbs in it are the same as a simple sugar

    This is false. GI is irrelevant for body comp in the first place. But beyond that, white bread is a complex carb and the only thing better about whole wheat is the minimal fiber. assuming you get fiber elsewhere then you can eat whatever. And if GI was relevant then you should check the GI of wheat...Nothin' special.

    It doesn't matter if you eat white vs wheat, brown vs white....If his calories are in check then he should see similar results regardless.
