Question for those who are cutting/have cut successfully..

What are some foods that you tried to eat everyday?
What are some foods that you tried to eat at least once a week?
What are some foods that you cut Completely out of your diet?
What are some foods you'd recommend to help me lose fat?
    Thanks

    1. No specific foods, just what I feel like. Try to get my vegetables in daily.
    2. Fish
    3. Deprivation leads to binging for me, so nothing.
    4. No specific foods will help you lose weight, hit calories/macros/micros.

I didn't cut any food completely on my diet. I ate ice cream, donuts, pizza, etc while still losing weight. There is no need to restrict any foods from your diet. No food will help you lose fat, a caloric deficit will.

EDIT: tara beat me to the punch again

A favorite of mine is beef stew. if you trim the fat of your beef and don't use too much of it you can end up with a nice beefy stew with lots of vegetables to fill you up and keep you satisfied for awhile.

There is no specific food I try to eat everyday. I do drink coffee every morning and I sweeten it with 1% milk mixed with vanilla whey. I found I like that just as much as sugar and cream

I make an effort to eat an oily fish twice a week. salmon, trout, or in a pinch sardines

Only food I completely cut from my diet is soda pop. I haven't had a coke in close to 6 months

I just found foods that fit my macros, took care of my micronutrients, and provided as good of satiety as possible while being in deficit. Oats, potatoes, lean beef, chicken, steak, eggs, egg whites, etc. I'd pick a couple of meals that I liked and fit the micro/macro/caloric criteria and eat them every day just because it was easy. I'd switch it up every few weeks.

What everyone else said about eating whatever you want as long as it fills your micros/macros/caloric deficit is 100% correct.
