    Question The real deal on appropriate Protein serving

    At about 151 Lbs with a Protein Supp of 19 grams protein, but 1 scoop serving is 24 Grams

    The calculators Ive obtained through google on how much I need confuse the hell out of me and really, I feel lost trying to do this **** on my own.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    1g per lb u weigh a day total is a good number as a guideline to go by
    basically if u eat 3 meals have 50g servings 6 meals 25g sevings per meal..
