I alternate between Cheerios and Kashi. I had 4 !!! boxes of cheerios in my closet recently -Buy one get one free, yum!
The Kashi Strawberry Fields (their version of Special K red berries) is like crack to me. I ate an entire box in 3 days 1 day alone was 400 cals from it. hahaa. mmmmmm, kashi crack! The kashi almond flax crunch is tasty too. I just today tried the go lean crunch - wow major crunch action there. I have TMJ, so I will not be eating it too often.
Old fashioned shredded wheat is awesome with a bit of brown sugar or honey on top. But, if it sits too long, it's mush. When it's mushie, my dogs get it. lol.The Watchmen

I'll have Special K with All Bran mixed in, some wheat germ sprinkled on and artificial sweetener. I don't do lactose products too well so I can only have a drop of skim milk - and then only on some days. But this combo digests fairly fast (for complex carbs) and soups up good for a heavy workout.

When they start putting meat in cereal I'll start eating it! IMO, cereal is like soup, just an excuse to skip a meal. I think all i ate growing up was porridge (gag) just got the shivers typing that. lol

Cereal is like eating air. It takes a whole box to fill me up, so I just say no.
Give me protein!Yorkshireman I: Right! I had to get up in the morning, at ten o'clock at night, half an hour before I went to bed, eat a lump of cold poison, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill and pay mill-owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home, our dad would kill us and dance about on our graves, singing Hallelujah!
