If you are working out different muscle parts in a split can you workout for 3 days in a row but different parts Cause i heard somewhere not to workout for more then 2 days in a row cause you recovery system will fall behind and never recover the muscle worked out before and worry about recovering the new muscleis this true??
Im not sure if it is cause there are 5 days on and 2 days off or like 3 days on 1 day off kinda things out there
