Chop chicken up into small pieces, mix with a SMALL amount of salad cream, salt and pepper. Add some mixed herbs (or just parsely, sage or thyme). Put in a wholewheat sandwhich.

The way I do it is pretty simple, but effective (at least IMO). I typically cook my chicken in tenderloin form (strips basically). After grilling them, I splash some lemon juice on them and sprinkle some Tony Chachere's creole seasoning on it (common seasoning here, but I live in Louisiana so I can't vouch for it's widespread sale). Again very simple, but pretty tasty.

Agree with all the above suggestions but for best flavor, grilling is king.

How are you cooking your chicken? If you can grill rather than pan fry, it will bring out more intense flavors, especially with spices or sauces.

I marinated 8 chicken breasts overnight in barbeque sauce and liquid smoke to grill today for the week. Can't wait.

When I can't grill (cold as fudge outside) try these...

    1) No fat Italian Dressing marinade...bake.
    2) Teriyaki Marinade...Bake
    3) Two mustard chicken: -Mix Dijon, Course Grain mustard, and Honey, stir it all up and bast/dip chicken in mixture...bake.

Do them in bulk and freeeeeeze.

ALSO: BBQ man! or hot sauce.

i will use either cajun seasoning, or italian seasoning.
or ill just put onions, jalapeno's and hot cherry pepers underneth and on top of the chicken while they cook. ( i use a thing like george formans grill) always add fresh ground pepper. If i ever want a garlic taste ill use the garlic powder instead of the salt.
could also just soak it in some chicken broth before cooking it.

sometimes when its done cooking, if i added nothing but pepper, ill mix mustard with some honey and baste it with it
You've got what it takes, but it will take everything you've got.

Hmmm... maybe you're not cooking it right.

When I cook chicken, whomever has it says it's the best chicken ever. Mine's always bursting with flavor and juices. No matter if it's on the grill or in the oven.

I don't time it, I keep a watchful eye on it. Pull it out... always putting the juices back on it.
