I've had this product for like 5 months took it for like 2 weeks then just stopped. I don't get the tingles like i do with white flood. I mix 2 scoops with like 20+ ounces of water, shake the hell outta it. Usually i sip like half 15 mins pre workout and then finish it during workout. I've tried using it with empty and full stomach. Am i supposed to be feeling anything or no?

Purple Wraath has never gave me the ****s personally.
Anyways on subject if you stop getting the tingles it does not mean the product isn't working, just means your body is getting used to it. I took one scoop immediately before my workout and another scoop exactly halfway through my workout. I really didn't like that way so I started just taking two scoops preworkout and that way felt a lot better for me, felt like my endurance increased using it like that. You have to mix it up and see which way works best for you.
My workouts though usually never go past an hour, fifty minutes tops. If yours goes on longer than that I would suggest the whole 1 scoop before and 1 scoop in the middle idea.

Best way to take it? I love this method:
1 scoop of PW, 24 ounces of water. Shake it up nicely. Store in fridge the night before you workout. The next day, around an hour before lifting, remove from the fridge, shake again, and place it in the freezer. Take it out right before you leave for the gym. By the time you're in the gym it will have a slushee like texture and taste great."The tragedy of life doesn't lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having no goals to reach."
