If you leave tortilla bread in the pan for a decent amount of time it will get crunchy. Put some cheese in it and have a casadilla. They taste amazing. They are like 310cal though.

granola sounds good
i sometimes buy thoes carb lovers wheat tortillas, its like 80 cals per and 10 come in a pack if you put them in the microwave for like a minute they get all hard and kinda crunchy but im looking for something else
