Dude the reason I said that isn't because i think protein powder is a drug its b/c its expensive and I'm on a limited budget....

Creatine and protein can be found in natural foods

don't jump the gun like Gargani did earlier

it's way too late. i already marked down "totally flip out" in my day planner for tomorrow. i would today, but i'm totally booked. i have a big protein buy going down in like two hours, and i have to make sure i don't get there looking too sketchy or the guys i'm buying from might think i'm a cop.

OK OK ... you don't take anything you just eat food. I stand corrected. I think if you had a journal people would be interested on the daily workouts you have. As long as you post in the exercise section you are probably going to catch comments. If you start a journal in the workout section people won't come in and derail your thread.

A thread like this in this section the exercise section is ALWAYS gonna be on fire like moths to a flame.

    agreed

we get really bored here, and we tend to go a little crazy when opportunity presents itself.

plus, a lot of us are usually really high on protein, and we have a hard time making sense of things. sometimes when i come off the aminos, i look at my posts, and i'm just so ashamed...

unfortuneately, i usually self medicate after that by injecting myself with more whey.

Sometimes you don't realize how many relationships you've ruined with whey until it's too late.

And then one day your teenager comes home reeking of Pro Complex, and you realize you have failed them as a parent.

    it's a vicious cycle.

parents who use protein... have kids who use protein.

100 sets for the lower body seems more like a cardio marathon than an intense weight lifting session. I definitely want to see how that works out for you, drugs or not.

which is why he should start a journal and outline his workout and nutrition regimen in it.

unfortuneately, i usually self medicate after that by injecting myself with more whey.

Yep thats what I said. We wouldn't go into his journal and derail it. Just observe from a distance watching his epic journey to IFBB stardom. Instead of created new threads every 10 days on ... how he looks.

    -He could create a journal.
-Put its name in his sig.
-Go to all 50 of his threads and say he started a journal and he is gonna update everyone there with his workouts, diet and pics. Occasionaly do a few videos of these crazy widowmakers he talks about

untill then expect this in the exercise section

agreed. by including nutrition and other notes, it would also give his supporters an opportunity to prove the naysayers wrong by providing the necessary information for people to try to reproduce his amazing results.

i have to think that 12 months would be more than sufficient time to settle this debate once and for all. for starters, people following his program for even a couple months should see explosive results since he apparently added most of that 40 pounds in a 6 month window of time. second, that would take us to around christmas '09, by which time he has scheduled himself to leave hola bola in the dust.

clearly, the free time is there. he wouldn't even need to spend more time on this site than he already does.

seems like a very fair comprimise.

Ok, I've read the first page of this thread, and I've read the last page. My conclusions are as follows.

    1. What a great chest workout experiment to try!! My chest is by far my weakest area, and I'm going to try this workout, albeit fairly carefully.

    2. A lot of you guys are nuts. :]
