i workout at home. i ve a home gym and dumbells.
i can do leg curls, leg extensions, and dumbell squats.
for calves, i saw this equipment.
is it good for working calves with dumbells at home?

for me, the problem with doing calves at home, is not the 'block', as stairs with sandpaper glued on work fine for me.
its the weight! how do you hold/strap or otherwise attach enough needed weight?
i use a dogleash hanging over my shoulders that is clipped to the handle of a 5gallon paint bucket filled with water. to this i can add a 25lb plate on top of the lid, but that is about max for this system...
