    Good pre-workout supp??

    I'm looking for a good creatine/pre-workout supplement with out caffeine in it...

    My heart is sensitive to caffeine and I've had some issues with rapid heart rate that have been corrected, but really don't feel like messing with it.

    I was on cre-ethyl thunder for the longest time, and then the issues started... it has caffeine so I'm not going to mess with it anymore.

    No-Xplode has caffeine in it... is there an NO product that doesn't have it in there.

    I think I am going to go back to an arginine/ornithine stack I took a year ago... is that still decent for a pump or has something else emerged that is superior??

    Also, is regular CEE the best... I havn't touched supplements in about a year, and I'm looking to get back to taking them, but havn't read about any of it for a while.

    All I have been taking is 100% whey...

    Don't get fast twitch, I'ev tried a hand full of NO product and Fast Twitch did not give me a pump, tasted like vomit, and made me feel weak and light headed. Just a heads up

    NO Shotgun is great but the current product has stimulants in it. They will be releasing a stimulant free version later this year. I would recommend that when it comes out.

    which flavor did you try? The caffiene free version is lemon, and I thought it tasted/worked fine.

    amimal pump is amazing ... it's creatine matrix ,pre-workout supp w/caffeine but you can drop the red pill which contains caffeine.

    Good choice. Some of the popular preworkout mixes are releases caffeine free versions soon , Ragnarok being my favorite now, but until then Animal Pump is a good choice. DS Exceed might be a consideration if you are ok with CEE.
