    Smile Please critque my diet.

    Goal is to not be fat.

    Meal 1
    Oatmeal 1 packet.

    PreW/O
    1scoop whey

    Meal 2 (Usually pwo)
    Fruit + protein bar.

    Meal 3
    3 whole Eggs (Fried / boiled)
    2 pieces 100% whole wheat bread

    Meal 4
    Can of Tuna
    1 cup brown rice

    Meal 5
    Med / Large chicken breast.
    2c veggies

    Meal 6
    1c Cottage cheese 2%
    1 or 2 tbsp ANPB.

    looks great... just a few suggestions..

    i would switch your pre work out and post workout meal...

    have that shake after your workout...

    the fruit and protein bar before.....

    with your protein shake, add some carbs to it, have the shake, and maybe a tuna sandwich on whole wheat... Post workout meal is very important...

    hope u r frying those eggs in olive oil.... that would be ideal..

    I was just using pam for frying eggs, but most of the time I just use boiled ones.

    getting a tbsp of olive oil a day is healthy and good for you, studies back it up..


    i put olive oil in the pan, crack those eggs, over easy, dip my multi grain bread in it, mmm, cant wait for breakfast..lol

    please take my advice on switching your pre and post workout meals...

    Oh okay.
    As for the the meal change, definitely. I thought about changing what I ate, but I wasn't sure. I will change until I figure something better out.

    Yeah thanks for all the help. Little backstory.
    I was 340 in June 07.. Got a job then got down to 295 in Feb 08 Got a gym membership. 210 now. Trying to get a diet going now because I know it is going to be really hard.
