Meal 1
Oatmeal 1 packet.
PreW/O
1scoop whey
Meal 2 (Usually pwo)
Fruit + protein bar.
Meal 3
3 whole Eggs (Fried / boiled)
2 pieces 100% whole wheat bread
Meal 4
Can of Tuna
1 cup brown rice
Meal 5
Med / Large chicken breast.
2c veggies
Meal 6
1c Cottage cheese 2%
1 or 2 tbsp ANPB.

looks great... just a few suggestions..
i would switch your pre work out and post workout meal...
have that shake after your workout...
the fruit and protein bar before.....
with your protein shake, add some carbs to it, have the shake, and maybe a tuna sandwich on whole wheat... Post workout meal is very important...
