Who here drinks chocolate milk on a regular basis? I heard it's a great way to refuel your energy reserves and build muscle after a workout (read 2-3 studies).
Apparently, it's also better than those sugary, acidy gatorade style drinks.
So..?

Chocolate milk
I don't want to accept this as my prime.
I don't want anything in my life, as it currently is, to be the pinnacle of what it will be.

I just drink milk.
Friendship b/w women:
A woman doesn't come home one night. The next day she tells her husband she slept over at a girlfriend's place. Her husband calls 10 of her best friends. None know anything about it.
Friendship b/w men:
A man doesn't come home one night. The next day he tells his wife he slept over at a friend's place. His wife calls 10 of the husband's best friends. 8 of them confirm he slept over, the other 2 claim he's still there.

can anyone comment on the saturated fat content? if you drink a fair bit of it the saturated fat content creeps up. i think i remember someone saying that there are different types of saturated fats, some which can be metabolised and used as an energy source just like carbs/sugars/other fats can... but i didnt know if he was saying it for the lulz or what.

All saturated fats are good???
Saturated fats - sources include beef, lamb, milk, cheese, other dairy products and MOST processed foods containing hydrogenated vegetable shortening, such as pastries and fried fast foods.
All im saying is...not ALL Sat fats are Created equal.. they contribute to heart disease and high blood cholestrol. i eat atleast 10-15 grams a day
but saying SATURATED FATS ARE NOT BAD PERIOD. not good
Thanks for the post by the way lorinelise i should have done that to begin with..
