So i was curious about how many calories i should be consuming to cut body fat. I'm 24. 6'1 175lbs but have some body fat i'm having trouble getting rid of. I lift 3 days a week. Run 3 days a week. I work 30 hrs a week and my job requires me to be constantly walking. I've done a pretty good job speeding up my metabolism. I eat healthy. Any suggestions. I was thinking 2k-2.4k is well under my Maintenance. What do u guys think? Thanks

If you're that active I would start between 2,200-2,800 somewhere and track your calories and weight over time. If you aren't losing weight then reduce. If you do so accurately over time you can get a real good grasp on where you should be to control your cuts and bulks.
Edited, just noticed your weight in OP vs. your profile.Log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153108621

I would start at about 2800 and judge from there. You dont wanna go to far under maintenance right away because you will be risking losing alot of your hard earned muscle. Depending on your goals I would keep the cardio moderate like walking briskly on an incline. If you wanna run bum up the cals a bit.
