Hey,I'm wondering should I cut or bulk first?I currently weigh like 230 lbs. at 5'8,i don't know what my body fat percentage is.I am pretty lost,so any help will be appreciated.Thanks.

tough to say without pic's I was 5'8 205 fatass and I cut to 165, which was pretty dec.
