Your weight loss will be mostly water; and you would be risking losing precious muscle.

I've been losing weight by eating very clean and healthy, keeping calories to about 1800-1900 and lifting 4x week; 3x week doing cardio (basically jogging/walking).

I don't think any fast fix is healthy for the body. Not worth it

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I am not in the shape that I would like to be. I would like to lose weight from my hip, stomach area, thighs, arms, oh wait, that's almost my whole body!

I agree that losing weight quickly is not healty. My weight loss has been slow and steady so far.

Ok, I started eating 5-6 meals a day making sure that I had 2 tbsp of olive oil each day as well as getting a protein, carb., and fat into each meal. I was also drinking about 1-2 liters of water a day. I started walking for 30 minutes each day, then I began running at a steady pace and then doing intervals on alternate days. For strength training, I did about 8 exercises per workout (these are all listed in my workout tracker). I hope that answers your question?
