Lost 70 Lbs. Progress pics

Over the past year i've lost over 70lbs of fat while keeping and even gaining muscle... i thought i'd post some before and after pics with the same clothes to give you an idea...

BEFORE...270lbs


AFTER...196lbs


I plan to have a six pack, or at least one that is identifiable by january of 2009...think thats possible? Cuz i think it is.

If you don't mind me asking;
I started at over 300 with damn huge man-boobs.
You look like you had some definite man-boobage in your before pic, but you look great now. Any loose skin problems, or did the chest tighten up really well? Or am I mistaken and you didn't have much chest fat? The only loose skin I'm worried about is on my chest :/

ya, the skin did fairly well tightening up, but i still have some fat in my nipples, maybe a little gyno. One thing is that i naturally have a big chest (thanks, dad), so fat layered on top of it doesn't help. you shouldn't have too much of a problem depending on how long the time period was between youre fat loss, but in most cases, i think time takes care of loose skin.

did you have stretch marks before? if so what happened to them when you dropped the weight? did they disappear or can you still see them. basically i have marks and am losing weight so i wanted to know what i should expect.
