so heres the deal. i have proper meal cadence, every 2.5 to 3 hours. the thing is im hungry between meals all the time. Should i eat when im hungry or wait until it is the scheduled time to eat??

Buy some Ostrim and lower the protein in your meals. Problem solved; the Ostrim snacks have awesome protein macros and fill you up quite well.
