so i have been doing sit ups since i was a little kid. anyways, my abs are pretty misshapen. I HATE IT!!! im not totally jacked or anything, but when im not flexing, there is a little bump on my stomach that sort of looks like a hernia i guess. then when i flex, it appears to be a section of one of my top abs that is 'detached' or 'departed'. how do i fix this???
any thing is helpfull. thanks. (ill try to get a pic soon)

What are you guys talking about "english-skillz?" Misshapen is a very common word...As a matter of fact it's not even like he misspelled (<- lol english skillz?) it or anything.
Anyways, to answer your qustion, I used to have this same problem, but once I began to do weighted exercises, everything seemed to even out. Try doing something other than sit-ups and you should see some results. Good luck!

i also have a bump on my abs since like 2 years ago before i ever went to the gym or made crunches, i went to the doctor and he told me they could do a cirgury on it but my parents wouldnt let me do it cuz they said it wasnt worth it and that it was barely noticeable but it does matter and it gives my abs a weird look and that bump below my chest is annyoing
