Get in enough good protein everyday (chicken, tuna, turkey, egg whites, etc.)- also make sure you have a good workout schedule weekly and stick to it.
It's safe at your age to take Whey protein and a multivitamin too.

i highly recommend the book "nutrient timing". great info in their about what to eat..and WHEN to eat it. DIET is key. Supplements i would advise are whey protien (on whey), creatine monohydrate, and a multivitamin (preferably with vitamins c and e).
before you workout... drink some water and have about 10 grams of protien and 30 to 40 grams of carbs (i use dextrose or honey and grape juice).
during your workout sip on some gatorade or something
immediately after your workout drink a protein shake (the ratio of protien to carbs should be about 1:4. so if u have 20 grams of protien u need 80 grams of carbs. i recommend using honey, grape juice, maltodextrin, or dextrose.) also include antioxidants including vitamin c and e
4 hours after eat more protien and start gradually lower the ratio of carbs u eat through the day.
again, i highly suggest going to the library and reading some applied physiology and nutrition books. i know it can be boring as **** but if u are into bodybuilding its certainly worht it.
